Will I have many acne scars after extracting acne at a skin care center?

I went to a skin care center to get a facial. They cleaned, exfoliated, steamed, and massaged my skin. Then they popped my pimples and extracted my blackheads and whiteheads with a sanitized acne extractor with a loop and needle. They did a mask afterward and put lotion and toner on my face. I have many pink and red marks on my face from extracting my acne. Will they scar for long? How long will they stay? How can I prevent acne scarring?
